Return and exchange
Dear buyer, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, you have the right to return the product or exchange it within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase, under the following circumstances:
- A product of PROPER QUALITY, without internal or external defects, did not suit you under special circumstances - in order to return or exchange in this case, the external and internal condition of the product, its factory films, the complete delivery set and packaging material must be in NEW condition, without traces use! Our Service Center reserves the right to diagnose and check such goods for compliance with the specified points, after which you will receive a refund or an exchange. In case of non-compliance with the above points, the return of goods or their exchange may be REFUSAL.
- A product of inadequate quality, having internal and external defects that you noticed when used within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase: to return or exchange in this case, you must transfer such product to Our Service Center, in full factory set delivery, to diagnose and confirm the stated problem, after which you will receive a refund or an exchange.
In all other cases, returning the product or exchanging it is impossible!
Payment for delivery by Nova Poshta when returning goods or exchanging them is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
NOTE
- Any controversial issues are resolved in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
- Preliminary product diagnostics can last up to 3 (three) working days.
- Returns or exchanges are carried out within 3 (three) banking days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal and are carried out only in national currency, according to the amount indicated on the sales receipt.
